Panzine - Cloudy skies of censorship in Canada: Bill C-10
Bill C-10 was elaborated during the 60's, in 2003 Paul Martin, leader of the Liberal Party, had tried to get that bill approved in the House of Commons but failed. In 2008 the Conservative party changed that bill, which was created to 'moralize' the Canadian film and TV industry, and got it approved by the same House of Commons. Now the Senate will decide the final round of the controversial Bill C-10.
